About me
My journey began with exploring the world.
I had the opportunity to live in several countries, get to know different cultures, people, and human stories.
To this day, one of my greatest joys is being able to build bridges between languages, worlds, and people through professional translation and interpreting, both in my work and in my everyday life.
At one point, however, my attention turned inward.
I have come to the realization that the most important relationship is not born outside, but within us.
The subtle harmony of body, soul and spirit, our Higher Self, is what brings about real change and deeper healing .
Today I accompany others to reconnect with themselves. To hear their own answers,
discover their inner balance,
and tune in to the silent messages within them.
Sometimes you just need a reminder.
I am present in this. Subtly, accompanying.
How did I become a consultant in the Integral Approach, Self-Awareness, and Spiritual Response Technique (SRT)?
My story…
Since childhood, I’ve believed in miracles and in the idea that the world is so much more than what we can see. Our abilities reach far beyond what we believe them to be.
As a child, I knew that the world was full of wonders. Later, this knowledge was obscured by the noise of the outside world, until life called me back to myself.
While pregnant with my first child, deep anxiety and panic attacks led me on a journey of self-discovery. Through the recommendation of a kind colleague, I met a special helper, in whom I recognized not only a professional, but also a teacher and a seer.
With him, I rediscovered everything that I felt was true as a child and that I could believe in again.
I jumped into deep water. I learned, I experienced, I was transformed. Childbirth became a wonderful initiation, the place of fear was gradually taken by awareness and inner peace.
In 2018, I enrolled in the psychology department of the Integral Academy , where over the course of three years I gained deep self-awareness and a comprehensive knowledge of the body-soul-spirit unity. Through the combination of Western psychology and spiritual traditions, I learned about the subtle workings of states of consciousness, personality types, group dynamics, and emotional intelligence.
After the birth of my second child, I was introduced to the Spiritual Response Technique (SRT) , which was perfectly in line with everything I had learned and experienced up until then.
A beautiful system that gently yet effectively maps and clears deep-seated blockages - helping us to release and move forward.
Training as a naturopath and immersion in new medicine can give me the space to understand the psychological processes behind possible physical symptoms.
And the tools of Access Consciousness® open the doors to change, helping us not only restore our lives, but also elevate them.
This healing mosaic is joined by the pure, loving presence of Reiki energy – which gently but powerfully helps restore the harmony of body-soul-spirit. For me, Reiki is not just a technique, but a peaceful, supportive space where everything is allowed: silence, transformation, arriving at ourselves.
💫 Reiki energy is a gentle reminder that healing does not come from outside – it comes from within. The body knows, the soul remembers, the spirit guides.
